Warum entsteht Krebs trotz Vorsorge?

Pap-Abstrich-Matrixvergleich

What preventive methods exist?

HPV tests are used to aid preventive methods. The HPV test does not look for abnormal cells but an infection. In most cases, an HPV infection does not lead to cervical dysplasia but heals without consequences. In 25 out of 100 cases, cervical cancer develops without an HPV infection being detected.
The conventional smear test on a glass slide, a method from 1928. It is used in almost all women today and is paid for by the national health insurance once per annum.
The liquid-based method from 1996, where the scraped cells are washed out into a liquid, prepared and examined.
Thanks to its dual diagnosis and further quality-enhancing measures, the S-Pap from 2014, an advanced liquid-based method that currently offers the highest level of safety.

What are the advantages of the preventive S-Pap method?

Cancer screening aims to detect abnormalities (cervical dysplasia).
Out of 100 existing types of cervical dysplasia,
  • the HPV test detects none,
  • the conventional smear test detects 20 to 35, and
  • the liquid-based method detects 76.
  • In addition to computer-assisted imaging and other quality-enhancing measures, the S-Pap employs a double-blind diagnosis and therefore recognises 91 out of 100 types of cervical dysplasia. At the moment this is the highest known level of safety in Europe.

How can the S-Pap be used?

The S-Pap can only be ordered in our shop and must be taken to your gynaecologist. That approach ensures that the S-Pap method remains affordable.
We only supply selected gynaecologists and university hospitals with the S-Pap directly.
Es gibt nur ausgewählte Frauenärzte und Universitätskliniken, die wir direkt mit dem S-Pap versorgen.

TRUST in the gynaecologist, media, and brochures

Women trust their gynaecologist as well as medical information in the media and brochures.

You trust your gynaecologist, and that is a good thing. However, nowadays, gynaecologists are extensively burdened and suffer from extensive regulations, which makes it challenging to follow them all.

Try to remember your last screening.
Were you informed about the safety of the smear test and possible alternatives?
Did your gynaecologist inform and advise you about the smear test result from the laboratory after its examination?
The law requires both, but it is not always done.

The widely used media reports, as well as brochures on cervical cancer and HPV, were examined in a study by the Max Planck Institute for Human Development and published in the Federal Health Gazette.

The critical result from the summary: ‘Twenty (20) per cent of Pap screening materials (the term used to predict cervical cancer screening) presented numbers concerning the test quality ... which were all correct.’ In other words: Eighty (80) per cent of the media reports and brochures presented incorrect test quality figures.

All information in our shop is supported by scientific evidence. The individual chapters will show you the corresponding evidence allowing you to verify all claims.

In the area of screening safety, it is in your interest that you inform yourself on scientific facts. Think for yourself and ask specific questions if necessary. This way, you can make your own decision (risk competence).

This way, you can avoid forty-four (44) per cent of cancer cases despite screening. Get to know the statutory duties of gynaecologists concerning screening. Assess whether you are treated in line with the rules. Information on this topic can be found here.

Why do people get cancer despite screenings?
Essential information about cancer screening for women aged 18 to 80!

  • The goal of screening is to detect abnormalities (precancerous conditions) early on! Cervical cancer can only develop if precancerous conditions went unnoticed. To recognise precancerous conditions,
the gynaecologist conducts a smear test of the uterine neck and cervix. Contemporary cancer screening relies on smear tests that only detect abnormalities in twenty to thirty-five (20-35) out of one hundred (100) women. That is how cervical cancer can develop despite screenings.Hence, no woman can be sure that she is healthy despite normal findings. Forty-four (44) out of one hundred (100) women with newly diagnosed cervical cancer were screened in the past!
  • Now available to any woman at her gynaecologist Our vision: Prevent cervical or vaginal cancer. For this, we have this online shop. We want to ensure that the cervical dysplasia is not missed anymore. That is why we provide
every woman with the opportunity to order the particularly safe S-Pap® online and use it at her gynaecologist.
  • Despite screenings, forty-four (44) per cent cervical cancer. It no longer needs to stay that way! Most women are not aware of the risk of cervical cancer despite screening. Following scientific data, forty-four (44) out of one hundred (100) women
who were diagnosed with cervical cancer for the first time were regularly or irregularly at their gynaecologist for cancer screening.
The reason for ‘cancer despite screening’ is based on the lacking safety of the conventional smear test method from 1928, which misses cervical dysplasia. No cancer needs to develop if cervical dysplasia is recognised and treated early on. Now every woman can decide to use the S-Pap test.
Compare swab test methods to make an informed decision.
  • The particularly safe S-Pap finding: With the S-Pap test, precancerous conditions can be detected early on, safely monitored, and treated gently.
    The S-Pap test detects
more than 91 out of 100 abnormalities. Thanks to modern technology, double-blind diagnosis and additional quality-enhancing measures, almost nothing is missed.
In comparison: Meta-analyses have found that the conventional smear test recognises around 20 to 35 out of 100 abnormalities. It fails to detect 65 to 80 out of 100 abnormalities
  • Research provides evidence that: Up to 59 out of 100 smear tests are inadequate. With the S-Pap findings, smear test quality is reported as well: Not every smear test done at the gynaecologist is free of issues, there are impurities from blood et cetera, and it misses
crucial cells, which must be present to draw a meaningful conclusion. For example, endocervical cells. The smear test should be repeated to confirm the finding if these are missing.
With the S-Pap finding, we also inform you about these essential cells. This way, you and your gynaecologist can decide if the smear test needs to be repeated.
  • Our blog on cervical cancer: Unnecessary tragic but also grateful cases can be found on our blog on cervical cancer, presenting real-life examples, divided into different categories.

S-Pap: Prevent

cervical cancer

44% of new cervical cancers develop in women that went to their gynaecologist for regular/irregular screenings.

S-Pap: Early detection

of cervical cancer

The S-Pap detects cervical dysplasia particularly reliably, and early on, and this permits gentle treatment. This way, cancer can be prevented.

S-Pap: Monitor cervical cancer

safely

Tissue changes (cervical dysplasia) and HPV infections are not uncommon during once’s lifetime. These abnormalities often normalise themselves. The S-Pap is particularly vital as a safe method for monitoring.

Using the conventional method to monitor would not be helpful because meta-analyses have shown that out of 100 abnormalities (cervical dysplasia), only 20 to 35 are detected.

Monitoring while trusting in the self-healing process is therefore only possible to a limited extend.

S-Pap: Treat cervical cancer

gently

Surgery should be as gentle as possible, particularly in women who want to have children. Since the removal of tissue weakens the cervix and increases the risk of premature delivery in the later stages of pregnancy.

The earlier precancerous conditions are recognised, the gentler they can be treated. The risk of premature delivery does not need to increase because of surgery.

S-Pap: The desire for children and preparing

for a carefree pregnancy

Statistically, 9 out of 100 women have early stages of cervical cancer, but in most cases, only 2 have been identified. Statistically, 7 out of 100 women have therefore early stages of cervical cancer without knowing it.

Particularly during pregnancy, an undetected precancerous condition of cervical cancer can be fatal. It is during this time that the prospective mother’s immune system is ‘out of order’ and cervical dysplasia may develop differently than usual.

1. Our vision:

Prevent cervical or vaginal cancer. Available to any woman at her gynaecologist!

44% cancer despite screening! It no longer needs to stay that way!
Our work and the S-Pap Shop supports Myriam von M. with her project Fuck Cancer as well as the Waldpiraten

2. Safe diagnosis?

Our development revolutionises early detection.

Never miss cervical dysplasia again!
We do not believe that you have ever seen or heard such a thing from a gynaecologist.

3. Why the shop?

Don’t you think that’s strange?A shop for safe cancer screening!

We initially only informed gynaecologists to spread our vision of safer screening.Initially, we only informed gynaecologists about the new S-Pap method. Doctor visits are expensive and would increase the price of the examination unnecessarily. That did not help us with our vision. So, we decided: We provide women with easy to understand information directly, and this helps them decide on their safety.

4. Safety for everyone?

Is the S-Pap for specific women only?

Safety during early detection is only for women who want more from life! For women who do not want to be surprised by cancer, despite having been to screenings regularly.
Would you classify yourself here?

5. Do you go for regular screenings?

Then the S-Pap could be interesting for you!

Check yourself: Has your gynaecologist informed you about the methods and the safety of the smear test? Were you informed about the findings and the smear test quality?

6. Why not use the S-Pap?

Are you well informed?

What advice and information do you get from your gynaecologist? Does your gynaecologist know the benefits of the S-Pap?
Scientifically established: You are rarely provided with accurate information on screenings, usually only

generalised reviews with no verifiable facts and figures that would help you make an informed decision.

7. That is why women trust the S-Pap!

Precancerous conditions can be detected early on, safely monitored, and treated gently.

The main reasons and risk groups in detail:

The use of the S-Pap is particularly suitable for all cases in which a smear test method is needed to detect as many abnormalities as possible reliably. The S-Pap recognises mild cervical dysplasia, which is a prerequisite, especially for responsible preventive care.
Main reasons
Identify cervical dysplasia early on, do not miss them and therefore avoid cancer.
Avoid unnecessary surgery (operations such as cervical conization (conical cutting of tissue around the cervix) or uterine removal (hysterectomy)
Women who are pregnant or want to conceive are at an increased risk of premature delivery after cervical conization (avoidable). Only early detection of cervical dysplasia permits gentle interventions such as laser vaporisation (using a laser to vaporise tissue of the cervix) without increasing the risk of premature delivery.
Avoid hidden risks, as there are statistically 9 abnormalities in 100 women, and only 2 are detected during routine screening.
Reliably monitor existing abnormalities to assess their development

Risk groups
Support women who want children and avoid the risk of cervical dysplasia during pregnancy
Support of the self-healing process through reliable monitoring. It avoids unnecessary interventions (overtreatment)
Safe monitoring after surgery to detect healing or to check the need for repeated surgery
Reliably monitor burdens on the family
Monitor abnormalities during and after chemotherapy
Monitor abnormalities during and after radiotherapy
Monitor abnormalities during and after severe illnesses with a compromised immune system

8. Why has your doctor no S-Pap Vial in his clinic?

The S-Pap should remain affordable for you!

Our cost-cutting strategy:

The visit of pharmaceutical representatives to consult and provide S-Pap samples to each gynaecologist is expensive and would increase the price for you. That is why we offer you the S-Pap Vial in our shop. You can order it and take it to your gynaecologist.

9. Why women order S-Pap?

It is always time to start with something better!

In our experience the most common reason:

Make your own decisions and take responsibility for your safety.

You do not want the hidden risk of getting cancer.

10. That is why the S-Pap misses almost nothing!

Statistically, it recognises 9 out of 9 existing abnormalities.

Our method includes:

10 unique ways to increase quality:
1. Modern liquid-based cytology – FDA* certified
2. Computer imaging assisted screening – FDA * certified
3. Screening unterstützt durch Computer-Imaging - FDA* certified
4. Double-blind diagnosis for each specimen
5. Case-study for each abnormal specimen
6. Comprehensive quality assurance
7. Ongoing training of cytology assistants
8. Assured expertise of physicians through cytology training authorisation
9. EDP-based consideration of all critical data such as medical history, previous findings, et cetera
10. Validation of the smear test quality to detect errors
*FDA (the United States Food and Drug Administration controls the safety as well as efficacy of biological products and medical devices)..

Safety and efficacy regulations mandated by the FDA are the world’s most demanding quality standards.

11. Apply S-Pap:

Take the S-Pap Vial to your next screening!

During the usual smear test, the remaining cells on the smear instruments are washed out in the S-Pap Vial Done .

Send us the vial in the shipping bag provided. We will send you the detailed result (contact us in case of questions).
Your gynaecologist can also wash cells from the vagina (vaginal swab) into the same S-Pap Vial, thereby extending the early detection to vaginal cancer.
The S-Pap Vial permits the early detection of cervical and vaginal cancer at the same time.

12. Credibility

Who are we and where do we come from?

Evaluate us: : 20 years of experience at the Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin in cytology and dysplasia, advanced training authorisation of the German Medical Association.
All our information is based on sound scientific studies.

13. Why spend your money on the S-Pap?

The health insurance pays for the smear test!

During a regular smear test, around 200,000 stained cells are microscopically examined by a doctor or cytology assistant. The health insurer pays €5.78 for each smear test examination, following the German Medical Fee Schedule (GOÄ) number 01826. What service can you expect at this price?

What do you need from the S-Pap Shop?

You only need one S-Pap Vial for your gynaecologist.

It is then used to prepare an S-Pap smear test to look for abnormal cells. You can also order the Co-Test (S-Pap and HPV test), used in specific cases or if you are particularly mindful.

The determination of biomarkers only helps the assessment if abnormalities were discovered. The S-Pap is easily possible without an additional visit to the doctor and repeated swab.

Unserer Laborkapazitäten für S-Pap Untersuchungen sind gut ausgelastet.

Momentan sind 390 Vials bestellbar.

Aktuelle Verwendbarkeit des S-Pap Vial: Bis 19.10.2020
